- Standard office hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST (Mon–Fri)
- Remote employees may follow flexible hours with manager approval
- No mandatory overtime; late work compensated with time-off
📅 Leave Policy
- 18 annual paid leaves

- Final settlement within 15 working days post-exit
- Exit interview for feedback and improvements
- Issuance of experience letter and relieving documents
In cases of contract-based or probationary roles, different terms may apply based on contract clauses.
